I have always heard about how amazing linen felt... and I’ve also heard that the best kind of linen is going to the most expensive. I am so happy I finally pushed myself to buy some especially from this company! I got the olive green duvet cover with the matching pillow sheets-fitted sheet-and sheets. Beautiful color! My boyfriend gets so hot in the middle of the night.. and he even said that this new bedding has helped him stay cooler. We feel like we are sleeping in a cozy cloud. :green_heart::cloud:️

Purchased as a gift for my wife who loves the robes at the spa. She absolutely loves it! High quality materials and design. She likes a bit of extra fabric covering her so opted for the large. It hugs her in a cozy-warm way that I cannot achieve LOL. Highly recommend!!!

I bought two of these bath towels maybe a month ago. I love the look and feel of them. I know on other reviews people have said that the black flecks fall out and leave you with a gray towel. This has yet to happen to me but I see that the flecks are not woven and kind of just cling to the towel and can be pulled off. However I am still happy with this purchase because the feel of the towel is very good.

I compare the weight and feel of this robe to that of if you've ever stayed at a 4-5 star hotel/resort and tried on their guest robes - warm plush cozy - every adjective you can think of for pure luxurious comfort - even if I hold had it on for a nanosecond since it was my GFs - LOL - its a great robe!

After not having a down pillow for years I purchased two of these recently. I had been using a Tempurpedic pillow for several years. When I first lay my head on the down pillow it felt like I was putting my head on a fluffy cloud. Unfortunately I had a week of my neck adjusting to the pillow change (arthritis). But now I have learned how to scrunch the down pillow around to better support my neck. Now I love the pillow and my wife loves hers.

I was a die hard percale sheet fan until I splurged and got these linen sheets. Wow what a difference in comfort! They are lightweight and heat regulate really well - my husband sleeps warm so he never liked using a top sheet until he slept in these. I am always cold and these sheets still keep me cozy without sweating. I will warn you the texture is different than sateen or percale so if you like smooth or crisp type sheets then these are not for you. I would like to get another set but the drawback for me is the price. Being lightweight I am not sure how long they will hold up but I am hoping for the best.

I rarely write reviews but I have fallen so in love with this robe that I feel like it would be a disservice to everyone that doesn’t have one yet if I didn’t! First off the material is heavenly - great quality but not too heavy. I wear it every morning as a sweater while working from home and while cozying up at night. If you’re on the fence of purchasing Just do it! I already have decided I’m buying one for so many of my loved ones. The pockets and beautiful color are both bonuses as well!

I was so excited to receive this robe but was very disappointed as it was too small. I had gone by the companies measurements too. I wanted to return it for a larger size however they would not give me the sale price to which I had bought it. Very disappointing!

When I opened the package I was a little disappointed because the robe doesn't seem as soft and fluffy as it looks in the photos. However after a shower it dries me off and is comfortable to keep on (it's hard to get dressed!). It is cozy but not hot. I love this robe. Honestly I wish I had two so I would have one to wear while the other one is washing.

I bought this for my mom who lives is Tucson and is warm blooded but likes to be cuddled so this was perfect! Breezy light yet comforting and the details were *chefs kiss* beautiful. When she gets a bit cold it’s a perfect warmer. Would definitely spend the money. As far as fit- I feel like it’s true to size with a little give so it’s nice to have something that’s comforting. :nail_care::skin-tone-4:

they loved them! they’re old and not hip but they friggen love robes and wear them for many hours each morning. i got two thumbs up from both of them they’re especially excited to wear them at their cabin this summer because they’re lightweight :sunglasses:

The feel and look is luxurious and high end. I am certain it will last a long time. I was worried it would snag easily but nope. It’s very well made. Christmas present for my husband and is just perfect. He runs warmer so the thickness is just perfect. He is very happy with it. Now I want one.

.... I'm giving Parachute 5 stars because I love the products and the customer service staff resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Here's what happened:My daughter placed an order the same day I did and soon received a tracking number. I did not so after a week I contacted Parachute via chat. I was told that some of the items were backordered. I asked why I hadn't been informed (no answer) and if they could ship the items that were in stock. (No.)Eventually a box arrived. All the items were listed on the invoice but 2 were missing from the box. I phoned Parachute and was told that oops one item was indeed missing but the other -- a towel on final sale -- was entirely out of stock and they had refunded that amount. I thought this rather odd considering that not only had I been able to place the order but the towel was listed on the invoice. I was also pretty ticked off that Parachute hadn't reached out to me about the backorder or the out of stock. The agent offered to replace the towel with a different one for no charge and would expedite the delivery. (It's a Classic bath sheet and I love it!)Lastly we just discovered that there's a button missing on our linen duvet cover. I've asked them to send me a button which I'll sew on myself -- much simpler than sending back a duvet cover for one button.Anyway it was a mess but mistakes happen and the customer service agents I've spoken with on the phone have been great.

Love the weight and texture of the fabric. Also love the Parachute customer service. I had an issue with the one I ordered and they replaced it immediately. The only feedback on fit is that if you want it to wrap snuggly around your torso I found it gaps around the middle and wish there was a little more fabric in the back so it would hang straight in the front when wrapped.

When winter came this year I was so happy to put my comforter on the bed and sleep with it. No more greasy and discolored edges on the down comforter this cover is light enough not to weigh the bed down so I actually use it. I love the crisper lightness/freshness of the fabricI like the new cream color just a little warmer than the stark white which I also love. I also got the tan color which is very subtle and neutral. Very nice products and my daughters in law are happy with them also

Colors are much warmer than the pictures make them out to be. was wanting a cool grey but the first time was more of a brown. the second is much lighter but still rather warm. Fabric itself however is amazing. I am glad I finally switched to Linen as I am a warm sleeper.

While I did feel like the duvet cover was dreamy material and the color did grow on me quite a bit (ordered the sand color and looked more like a sandy light grey) ultimately the cover was too heavy and it was too large for my comforter (king). There was too much excess fabric which happens to be a pet peeve very high on my list. Reluctantly I did end up returning it and bought from a different company with a cover 4 inches shorter and much lighter in weight. However the customer service here was great and the products are high quality and so cozy. These happen to be my particular standards.

Was a Christmas gift for my wife she generally loves cozy soft warm things. She is very happy with this robe she wears it straight out of the shower and any other time she feels like it. Seems to be better quality than robes I researched that were 3x the price.

I bought this pillow for my daughter that can be particular about things. She says it’s perfect! She loves it. We got the firm one for a side sleeper. Way more firm than any found in local stores. I bought this one because it was on two different review sights without paying a small fortune. It’s a good value for a great down pillow. I might have to get one for myself.
