I bought this robe for my wife as a Christmas present. It initially shipped in a very tight plastic envelope that had gotten torn during shipping and damaged the robe. I refused shipment and contacted Customer Service. CS immediately gave me an RMA number and arranged for replacement and shipped the new robe Next Day shipping (in a heavy carboard box). Unfortunately the robe was too big and I again exchanged it online for a size smaller. Return process was painless and the new robe arrived (again in a cardboard box) in just a few days. The robe is very heavy (a good thing) and classy and plush and the Wife loves it! And their Customer Service can't be beat!

Bought this for my girlfriend who always rocks a terribly hideous robe. The other day she was wearing said hideous robe and I asked why?. She wears it when doing makeup scared to ruin her favorite robe. Aside from that she’s in it 24-7 every FaceTime and every get ready for the evening moment. Legit a fantastic purchase.

I have absolutely no requests with my purchase. I took a leap of faith after my roomate told me she had heard about Parachute mattress toppers. Makes my bed all so much better. (Side sleeper here) My only complaint is - could be the way I sleep - the filling shifts inside the topper and so once or twice a week I have shake it up and fluff it up again. Parachute can y’all just fill the thing up!

This is the absolute most comfortable blanket I have ever slept under. Far better than any hotel it really is the highlight of climbing into bed. I use it without a sheet or other blankets and it is very warm probably the warmest I would ever want a single blanket to be. Come spring I’m going to be really tempted to get something else from Parachute that’s a bit lighter. Totally worth it!Also the size on this is generous. My size is also generous and I got the Twin/XL and find that it pools luxuriously all around me.

This robe is the ultimate warm soft snuggly 100% cotton hug I needed. I'm 5'7 size 8-10 and went for the large and it's a touch too big but that doesn't matter as I got it to lounge and be cozy in so it's perfect for me. The pink is really light so I have a feeling it's not going to hold it's color with so much use so maybe go for the white that's bleachable or darker.

I bought these as a gift for myself and love them! They are the softest most absorbent towels that I have used. They dry quickly and do not get stiff. They wash well and look great. The hand towel and bath towel are very generously size. I also purchased a couple of bath sheets to go with my set because we are very tall. I could not be more pleased with them. I will be purchasing more for myself and as gifts for others.

I wasn’t sure if I was really a robe guy when I bought this but I have ended up wearing it almost daily. The gauze fabric is substantial enough to create a little coziness and the color/cut give it a kind of understated look that isn’t too out of place in my daily wardrobe. (I’ve worn it to pick up takeout a few times.) A very ideal piece for our collective wfh winter.

So plush and soft just like those received in a fancy spa! My husband loved it so I brought him one for himself. We love to lounge around after a shower with nothing but our robes...lol. The quality is so great I'm sure we'll have these for years to come! The price is well worth the indulgence.

The pillow is made of very high quality materials very squishy probably the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. Very easy to fall asleep on it. I don't wake up to adjust it it doesn't get too warm. I used the video clip to guide me on firmness and ordered the medium firm. It's not quite firm enough for me; my head sinks down a little further than I'd like but that's an error in my judgement and has nothing to do with the quality of the pillow so I won't reduce my rating for that. I'll keep this one and use it but I'm going to order the firmest they have and see how much difference it makes.

Purchased this to replace a linen top sheet that had a large hole in it (from a company that went out of business). Hoped it would match the color and texture and it's perfect. Soft durable and beautiful and I really hope it lasts longer than the previous one I had!

I just purchased and so far love this soft duvet cover. I've noticed a few pulled strings - hopefully that doesn't keep happening and it holds up over time. Also frustrating (but like most duvet covers) it's quite a bit larger than my comforter so there's always extra material. But overall I would definitely purchase again.

I have been searching for a pillow for a while. Purchased this same pillow for my husband a few years ago and borrowed it while he was not using it a few nights. Totally worthy of his praise (and that does not come often). I am a side/back sleeper and sleep is not my best skill. This is the perfect height for me (I am 5'4 with fairly broad shoulders). It is comfortable in all my crazy positions. The fill stays fluffy but I can still smush it off my face. If you are thinking about it.... pull the trigger. Worth every penny.

Loving my new pillow! I was originally looking for a down pillow but being a combo back side and stomach sleeper this pillow was recommended for me instead. I was concerned it would be too poofy but it seems to be supporting my head and neck well. I wish I could mold it a little bit more but I think that will come in time once it gets broken in more. Highly recommend!

We ordered the medium down pillow based on the video but the pillows that arrived have less substance than is shown on the video. I reached out to Parachute the next day to return them and I was told that because I live in Canada I am responsible for the return costs of the pillows. This is not something that was flagged anywhere in our purchase process. The initial and return postage far exceeded the costs of the pillows so we kept them. The customer service was really disappointing considering the brand reputation and price point.

I have been searching for modern high quality pajamas for months. I was super excited to find these until I saw the not so great three star average on such a pricey purchase. $150 pajamas should have 5 stars right? Well that’s what I concluded and proceeded to continue on my pajama quest. Who knew stylish minimal pajamas could be so damn hard to find. I kept circling back to these wondering if I should take the risk. Here we are and I am so glad I did. I live in these pajamas. they are exactly as pictured a medium light weight so I don’t sweat through the night and they fit great: no too right not too loose. I’m 5’8 137 lbs I got the medium. I read in other reviews issues with seams coming apart in the wash: no issues here but I did wash on delicate to be safe. I wish they were priced a little lower so I could invest in multiple sets. And I wish they had a couple more colors to choose from.

I really love the pillow and this is a beautiful linen cover. Glad the rust color was in stock. I only take off one point because the cover is slightly longer than the pillow itself - just slightly but I find this odd since they are made by the same company and it should fit perfectly. But it washes well is soft and comfortable works well with the pillow insert and looks nice. So I shouldn't complain. ;)

I'm a dedicated side sleeper and had been using three smaller pillows to support my body while sleeping for the last few years. I have never used a body pillow before so can't compare this one to others. But I can say that it is supportive (simply due to the bulk!) while also being soft squooshy and comforting. I'm glad I got it. :)

This is a great down comforter. I am only frustrated that I had no choice but to order it after buying their king duvet cover. I found that Parachute’s king sizing is larger than average so their duvet covers did not fit the standard king comforter I already owned. Good product but felt tricked into spending more.

I opted for this robe because I'm not a fan of waffle robes as they seem a bit rough on my skin. I fell in love with this mustard color in the store and picked up a large. I'm 5' 2 and in my second trimester of pregnancy and was comfortable with the large size. I do roll up the sleeves but it has room for my belly to grow a bit into it. If I were back at my pre-pregnancy size a medium would definitely be best (size 12/14 dress). It has fared well in the wash on delicate cycle and the color hasn't faded yet. I will say a thread or two has snagged on various drawer pulls but it could've been my fault.

I’m not a huge fan of quilts .. they remind of the stiff thin kind that don’t actually provide any warmth. This is the exact opposite - the most comfortable softest and also warm blanket… we’re obsessed. My husband now insists on ONLY sleeping with the quilt (and not the duvet.. eyeroll). Highly recommend!
