The fabric is the softest most comfy ever. I already had the sateen duvet cover but after buying the brushed cotton pillow cases I bought the brushed cotton bottom sheet and duvet cover. They are definitely my favorites! Love the feel and they maintain their shape.

I like the crispness of newly laundered sheets and my husband likes the ongoing coolness of cotton. I also love the muted blush color; very restful. I have the percale duvet cover in light grey and it's all so comfy I like to linger in bed on my days off. The fabric is good quality.

Excellent purchase to replace my Wamsutta towels from BBB. I washed mine in baking soda and white vinegar when they arrived. I bought white classic towels and wash cloths and waffle style hand towels in light grey.Pros:-white color is vivid; grey color is subtle and solid - two washes and no snags or heavy lint- super soft and lush-ABSORBENT. How come so many towels don’t actually towel?-waffle towel feels both exfoliating and soft. -ordering and shipping were easy and painless Cons:-pricey but worth it - a few loose threads on the bath towels but nothing significant and I just cut them (haven’t seen anymore)

I really wanted a set of sheets that felt luxurious. You know that feeling when you stay at a 5 star hotel and you slip into bed and think WOW!? That is the feeling I get from these sheets and duvet set. I have sensitive skin and my face really seems to like the pillowcases as well. Love this set!!

Robe is nice and fluffy. Exactly what I wanted. Feels like it's the kind that you get to wear at fancy hotels. After reading reviews of other companies' robes this robe does not fall apart after washing. It's remained nice fluffy and warm. I love my purchase. Wish it was offered in Komono style though.

The Down Alternative Mattress Topper is providing the cushiony support and comfort that was lacking from my firm mattress.Improvements could be made on securing the topper onto the mattress and/or beneath the bed sheets. However readjusting it after some evenings is more of an aggravation than an inconvenience.

There's something distinctly both luxurious and old world about linen - I feel more comforted and less constrained than I ever did with cotton or Tencel. It is simultaneously weighty and breathable. I expect these to last a long time but when I do need new bedding I'll certainly purchase from Parachute again.

This quilt lends itself to a very comfortable sleep. It's lightweight but keeps me warm. I am a VERY hot sleeper but I don't overheat in this quilt and have been using it on very cold nights. It feels really high quality and luxurious. It looks nice but my only issue is the color is slight more baby blue than light grey. The color is really not ideal but the quilt feels soo good to sleep with I kept it anyway!

I’d spent an embarrassing amount of time searching for the perfect robe. I wanted something lightweight that could be warm in the summer yet warm enough to wear in the winter. This robe is starchy in the best way where it will quickly dry and just perfectly fit the bill. I got my husband the same robe and he loves it as well. Could not recommend more!!!

Bought this rug as a gift very high quality very soft and modern the people I gifted it to loved it and are so excited to use it in their new home. The people working there were so helpful they guided me with a finding the perfect gift they answered all my questions and even brought out multiple things from the back so I get see what it looked like in person.

We recently went through all the possible mattress options - Sleep Number (like sleeping on a raft) organic latex (no support) and a combo of coils and foam (better but not great). THANKFULLY we found the Parachute mattress! It is firm and supportive without feeling like a brick. This is an EXCELLENT choice!

I did a lot of research and finally decided to go with the luxury model and it does not disappoint! I can't wait to jump into bed now because it is so cozy and soft! I was worried about the prickly feathers because there was some comments about that. But I think they had the wrong side flipped up because there are two compartments and the one that should be facing up seems very soft!

I bought this as a gift for my partner who requested a robe for summer and he was very pleased. The cotton is ultra soft and breathable but still warm. He also loves the amber color. The best thing about this type of cotton is that it just gets softer as you go. Very satisfied.

I bought a set of linen sheets and though pricey 100% worth it. Keeps me warm and cozy during cold nights and though I wouldn't necessarily consider them the softest sheets I've ever slept in they are definitely the softest LINEN sheets I've ever slept in. I've washed them once and they held up well. Love the laid back look too.

Ordered both soft and medium down pillows. The soft was not enough support but the medium worked perfectly for my husband who is a stomach sleeper mostly but does sleep on his back some. I am a side sleeper and tired the medium pillow too I was not enough support for me. It starts out full but flattens too much for me. Other reviews have noted a wet feather smell. Our pillows smelled fine right out of the package. We returned the soft pillow with the excellent return policy. I would recommend this pillow and company.

Love this robe and so glad I went ahead and made the purchase! It is very soft and obviously quality-made and I live in SC so I don’t typically need a robe that is too warm but this winter this robe has even perfect and just right but I feel it’ll also be a great weight come summer!

The robe fits well; the sleeves are a bit long but rolling them up is not a problem. Some loops of cotton pull a bit and require a snip but it seems this is a common occurrence with cotton loop bathrobes. Overall I am satisfied and am enjoying my lounging time while wearing this robe.

I spent hours over multiple days researching new bedding. Read endless reviews and decided to go with percale sheets and duvet cover. After receiving them and touching the fabric I should have just put them back in the box. It just didn’t feel luxurious as I expected. I contacted customer service to see about exchanging but the person was so rude and made it a point to start by saying that the Black Friday promo I received for the initial items would not apply to the sateen set. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and wanted to give parachute a second chance but after that interaction I quickly returned them for a refund and purchased a set from Brooklinen. Much better quality price and customer service
