Customer Service: I received a duvet cover with reddish dots/stains all long one side of the duvet cover. Customer service was amazing assisting me in resolving the issue. The Good: Overall the duvet cover is good and I enjoy the feel of the fabric. There appears to be no shrinkage after 3 washes and tumbles in the dryer.The Bad: Because they only have one shared size for a King and CalKing duvet if you have a King duvet and use this duvet cover you will have significant space at either the top or bottom (depending where you set your duvet insert) of the duvet cover. If you try to tie all four corners with a king duvet insert it will pull at the corners and not lay flat. (See photos.) I am a bit disappointed as I wanted that fluffy look but because there is a pretty significant difference in the size of the insert and the cover it doesn't have the exactly look I was hoping for. Other Details: At the time of this review the product had been uses every day for 3 weeks and washed and tumble dried 3 times following the laundering instructions. The way the bottom folds come together for the button closures is a bit weird and difficult to steam straight but it's not a good or bad thing just odd. Overall: I think it is a good duvet cover but for what I paid I would have hoped for a better fit and for them to carry a specific size for King inserts and a separate specific size for a CalKing inserts.

We have wasted so much money on pillows for my husband and he was always disappointed. Hundreds if not close to $1000.00. The minute he opened his new parachute pillow his eyes lit up. It is the most soft squashable pillow on the market. He is sleeping like a baby again and I have thrown out his old 20 year old pillow. Thank you for providing an honest description. Very happy with this purchase and will be buying another one.

I bought these as a family gift so we would all have the same robe - no easy task with different likes and dislikes - however these are truly 5star - everyone loves them. They are cozy soft and fit well. They are not too heavy or too light. Great buy! Very happy

I am really pleased with my waffle robe. I researched a lot on line before ordering reading reviews and comparing prices and fabrics. I definitely made the right choice with Parachute because this robe is light and very absorbent. The sizing is perfect and it washes really well. Love it!

I don’t know how anyone could give this pillow a bad review! If you love the cushion and softness of a down pillow but hate how they deflate this is the pillow for you! I’m a side sleeper and this is the only down pillow that doesn’t lose its shape after 5 minutes the gusset and middle allows it to still feel super soft and cushy but give your neck support. I can’t sleep on anything more firm like foam or the my pillows I tried so I kept going back to my down pillow but always woke up with a sore neck from it deflating. This one doesn’t do that I feel so much better!

My daughter had the Parachute Waffle Robe on her Christmas List. She is typically in several outfits a day. Since she received the robe from Santa she appears in the robe in the morning and after she showers throughout the day. She absolutely loves it. Parachute website is amazing. Customer Service is tip top.

I say better than most because I am a fairly picky pillow person and will purchase a new 'firm' or 'medium firm' pillow once a year or more. As a side sleeper I need loft and softness not easy to find in a pillow. I have been routinely disappointed by almost every single pillow purchased in tbe past 10+ years. All types shapes materials price range etc. I have tried them all and the Parachute firm pillow is certainly better than most of those I have owned. Having said that I wish I could give it 5 stars I really wanted to. But...(there's always a but) the down filling ends up shifting through the night and the area under my jaw and neck ends up flattening out. Not great. I disappointed by the loss of firmness and therefore supprt and had to fluff the pillow a few times to shift the fill back to the area under my neck. Having said that this was one of the few pillows that allowed me to sleep better than I have for some time. Not perfect sleep but good sleep. Neck pain is not an issue (maybe because I fluff the pillow to support my neck?) and while it does have a smell strongly and odd at first I have not experienced the swampy duck butt thing. Thankfully. Finally for the money I had higher expectations. This is not a great pillow so you know. But it is a decently good pillow to get you by until you find The One. Sleep well friends we all need it.

This purchase completed my bedding set. I started with sheets and then a duvet cover and then I upgraded my duvet. My bed is the softest most comfortable bed I’ve ever crawled into. It beats every luxury hotel I’ve ever been to. If you want to sleep in a heavenly cloud of bliss … by parachute!

Heavenly. It is seriously soooo soft and comfortable. I've never spent more than $100 on a comforter so this was a splurge for me but omg it was so worth it. It's called the cloud for a reason. So warm but still lightweight. Looks super chic. I'm obsessed!

These are my first linen sheets and I am never going back to cotton. I did a lot of research on which brand of linen sheets to purchase and kept coming back to Parachute. I finally decided to make the purchase and I am so happy I did! I have been enjoying these sheets for a few weeks now and have already made more purchases from Parachute. I will definitely be buying more sheet sets in the future. I finally found the perfect sheets! Thank you! :)

The linen set arrived scratchy. I was doubtful at first but two months of washing sometimes with baking soda and just sleeping on it completely transformed the fabric. They are now deliciously soft and buttery lightweight keep me the perfect temperature and continue to get better every week. It’s a very different feel than cotton. I went with a mix of terra and bone colors which are beautiful as is the natural look of linen. Definitely worth every penny. I absolutely love this bedding.

My dad (who is not Larry David) says that when he likes something. We actually bought this in the store. The sales lady suggested this one rather than the heavy version. She has the same one and said it was plenty warm. We’ve found that to be true. It’s nice and warm (gets cool overnight in Napa). I am always cold so I usually have another throw on top of me but my husband is comfortable. Very glad it has the internal corner loops to keep it anchored in our duvet. Very happy with the product.

I wake up everyday and put this robe on and pretend I'm at a spa. It's absolute perfection. The sleeves are a bit long on me but the material folds easily and lays flat. I look forward to a shower everyday and on the days I have no calls I will sit at my desk at home and work for hours in this robe feeling like an absolute queen.

I don’t think I’ll be going back to cotton these sheets and pillowcases are amazing relaxed breathable and indescribably comfortable. The linen just relaxes perfectly to the body and has made our bed really hard to get out of in the morning. Plus my wife loves the boho vibe so these are definitely a win highly recommend trying them out.

This topper added the perfect amount on softness and cushion to our very firm Tuft and Needle mattress. The only problem with it is it shifts around a bit and I have to adjust it almost daily. Would be 5 stars if it attached to the mattress with a strap or something.

They are soft and comfortable. They do come out wrinkled out of the dryer but that is ok with me. I find that i wash and put them back on my bed. I no longer want to use the other brands. I guess i need to buy another set! I travel often to Europe and always love their sheets! These sheets brought Europe to my home. Keep up the great work!

I've had my eye on this quilt for about 3 years now. I finally treated myself for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised. The quilt is a bit oversized which I love. It is so soft and thick and cozy. My husband even said how much he loved it without prompting. Wonderful!
