One of the 2 bath towels we bought had an irregularity and needed to be returned.The process to do this was quite simple.... All done online with no humans involved.... No waiting on HOLD!I answered a couple of questions no pushback I was sent a QR code which we showed the person at Postal Annex a label was created and done.Got the replacement 3 days later.....

The shams are very nice. In retrospect I didn't need these b/c I am not using the quilt as a cover spread. But I will use them in summer and then use the quilt as the summer bed cover. For my budget I had to buy all on sale. Even though I got to the sale late I found what I wanted to fit my budget.

Love it!! It's just the right weight and warmth even in winter b/c I use an electric throw on the sheet. So the light topper with a flannel sheet is perfect even we've had record lows in Southern CA this winter!! Beautiful material texture. Haven't washed yet to review.

I'm satisfied with this purchase. I bought it for my guest bedroom. My brother-in-law said it was very comfortable and felt like he was sleeping on a cloud. The blanket is large and doesn't fit in my washing machine which makes it a hassle to go to the laundromat.

I’m so addicted. I have the linen cal king sheets and body pillow covers. I love the feel and they just keep getting softer. Also love the durability as I have several animals. I tried the brushed cotton pillow cases to see if I’d like the feel. Well here I am buying the rest of the sheets. They truly feel like butter. I’m also getting another set of the linen. I’m in trouble. Also the bath towels are amazing. I have the Turkish cotton and still can’t believe how soft they are. Also have the Soft ribbed and waffle bath and hand towels. All so unique and I still can’t get over how amazing they all feel and how well they dry. Just wish they would give a military discount on all orders. Not just my first one. Otherwise I’m a huge fan. Highly recommend!!!!

Loving the new robe I got from Parachute. While it's a more of a lightweight robe (which is a little too light for my cold house in the winter) I'm looking forward to using it more in the warmer months. I got the burgundy color which IRL looks a little more brownish than redish but that doesn't really matter when you put it on in the dark of the morning. :)

I bought the year round duvet cover and the organic waffle duvet cover plus a mattress. I’ve never spoiled myself until I made this purchase. I am beyond happy and have trouble getting out of bed in the mornings because the Parachute bedding is so exquisite. I 100% recommend supporting this company. You will not be disappointed.

Yes- we are loving our recent purchase-the Block Jacquard Duvet Cover. We love this. It is a beautifully woven piece soft and warm to use as well as aesthetically pleasing. And the coloring goes beautifully with our modern wrought iron bed of a similar color. We have matched this with white sheets and pillow cases which accentuates all of the beauty and details of this piece even more. Thank you for such a quality piece.

I love the pure cotton material and the softness. However I was a bit disappointment about the size of this twin size quilt. I expected the twin size would be similar to my twin XL mattress size yet the quilt seems too generous for my liking. I have a tiny apartment and I normally do not like big stuff. Hope in future you can provide a smaller petite size bedding for people like me. Many thanks.

We wanted something without VOCs because the last rug we purchased from West Elm smelled so strongly even after 2 weeks of airing out (so we returned it). This came and is great quality and feels so nice with no VOC smell. Love it and would definitely recommend!

Love the texture and feel of this duvet cover. I ordered it in ivory expecting the color to be off white possibility a little yellow. Their ivory is more of a oatmeal tan color. I thought about exchanging it for a different color but didn't want to go through the trouble.

The pillowcase envelope style is elegant and practical. I’ve had these pillowcases for over a year and no issues with the seams around the envelope opening which can be a problem with these types of pillowcases. The fabric is very soft. I would love to see more color choices but these work very well for me.

I only have good things to say about this set. The duvet is well constructed - the material is soft and nice the button closure is high quality and it doesn’t wrinkle easily. The light mossy green is earthy yet the abstract flower pattern adds a modern twist. I think it could work with many different styles. It adds just the right amount of interesting pattern and color to compliment my master bedroom without taking away from the neutral relaxed atmosphere. Ok I guess I do love it!

I love Parachute's brushed cotton: the softness is unparalleled buttery and velvety just the right amount. This is my second set and I also have several pillowcases that I rotate. While I like the quality I am not a big fan of the buttons: they are not slippery and do not easily glide through the button holes: this is one feature that I would change about this bedding as it makes it frustrating to button the duvet weekly after washing it.

We've been searching for sheets like this for a few years! We have a non-pillow top mattress and all the sheets we have tried are ill-fitting and wrinkle under you while you sleep. These sheets are deep enough to fit on a pillow top but made to stay put on a regular mattress too. The fabric is thick and soft and the color is beautiful! They're worth it. Just buy them!

Normally you have to get a few washes and a few nights in to really get a soft buttery feel in your sheets but these were soft and delicious on day 1 first wash. They are amazing! They warm up super quickly so you’re not trying to warm up the bed forever but they also cool down just as quickly! I’ve been sleeping comfortably not too hot or cold. Love them! Only thing I would change is the color I should have gotten a darker set.

incredibly soft warm luxurious robefit is a bit snug so i would size uponly consideration - it is very warm - ideal for outdoor lounging e.g after sauna swim hot tub.i suspect it'll be too warm for year-round use (in which case i'll be needing another lighter robe)no regrets - it sparks joy!
