Our super-helpful local store manager helped us choose this one and she could not have been more right! We bought it over the feather duvet because it had a great weight for Houston weather AND importantly it washes at home super easily and well. With kids and dogs that made a big difference to us! Super comfy and soft too.

I was a little skeptical of this pillow because it looked thick and stiff. Never had a pillow with gussets. First night with the pillow was great! It is so lightweight. It has just the right amount of support without being stiff or too firm. Gives support to my neck. Excellent quality. Will buy again.

I love this as a summer housedress/bathrobe. I took it on a trip with my partner’s college friends (I did not know them before) and found it comfortable and useful for coffee and breakfast before getting dressed—less like a bathrobe. It washes well packs into little space and of course what’s not to love about how linen feels. The only thing denying the fifth star is that it is very large. I’m usually a medium (5’7 145 lbs 34D) and ordered a small—and it’s still larger than I would like. If I order another (which I might) I’ll try the XS.

I recently visited Parachute in Edina and Max (I believe that's his name) helped me find the perfect quilt. My husband tends to overheat and I am always a little chilly this blanket is a wonderful compromise. I love the color and texture so much that I went back and purchased shams and a bolster pillow. I will definitely be back to get more items. The customer service is just as great as the product. Thanks for a great experience!

I read a lot of the reviews for this product and really did a search for a mattress pad that was as sustainable as I could get and this one was pricey but seemed like a good fit. I was hesitant after the reviews but once I received the mattress pad and got it on the bed I have to say it is really a superior product. It is really well made. It adds a small layer of cushion that was expected for a mattress pad and there are no gases coming off of it. It actually smells clean which is a surprise for this type of product. I have not washed it yet so I can’t report on how it will do there but overall I feel that this is worth the money. If you are looking for it to add support do not buy this it is a mattress pad not a mattress topper. Part of my hesitation was based on those reviews and just ignore them. They are not valid since that isn’t the product’s purpose. It sleeps cool and adds warmth like it should. I give this a thumbs up.

We love these towels so much… The bath sheets are so nice and large and are very cozy to get into after a shower especially in the New York winters where I live. The color is great. I ordered the ochre… waiting for some of the other colors to come back in stock so that I can add to this collection!

I have really enjoyed this fitted sheet so far. The fabric is very soft and the sheet fits nicely on my full-sized mattress even after a few days of sleeping on it. A small (1 cm) rip formed near one of the corners. I suspect my cat Cleo made it with her nails while climbing under the covers to hide. It is a bummer but I can sow the rip and move it to a less visible spot. I also have a linen fitted sheet and it has been far less durable to Cleo and became rumpled and ill-fitting after a couple night’s sleep. So far Cleo and I are both happy!

I purchased this side table as I needed just one for my bedroom. When I started looking late September 2022 it was sold out and only became available in December 2022. I bought and it was swiftly delivered. I love the piece and it really looks nice and different from the regular bedsides with sharp angles. The only thing is that the drawer is kind of small because of the shape. If you want more space then the other model is better as the round edges dont eat much of the space.

This may be the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. This mattress topper literally feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. I love how comfy and plush it is and so glad they offer a down alternative! I was worried it wouldn’t stay in place but it’s been totally fine. And SO comfortable!

My summer was complaining out he gets hot under the cloud cotton so I bought this to fix it. Works wonderfully and it is now his new favorite blanket. Whenever I get cold I can still layer the other cloud cotton on top without overheating. It is very well made and high quality.

do yourself a favor and add this to your purchase. It's nice and thick and is so comfortable. I was worried it would make my sleep during the night hot but not at all. It feels like a cocoon. Very snuggly and helps with a good sleep. Also get the pillows! highly suggest the soft pillows!

I shopped around to Parachute Stearns and Foster and Casper. I had been having back issues and it was because my original mattress was 13 years old. I am loving my new Parachute mattress. It's the perfect blend of firm and soft. and I and my back are thanking you! The 7-10 days my back was still aching in the morning waking up. But now after nearly 3 full weeks of sleeping on I am now waking up refreshed and my back is no longer aching. Love love love!I highly recommend the nice mattress topper which adds an additional level of plush comfort.

I googled some of the top pillows for side and back sleepers and found Parachute. I read the reviews and took a chance. I have been sleeping on them for a month and I have never slept better. No tossing and turning or neck aches. I would definitely recommend for back sleepers/side sleepers.

Everything I purchased was excellent quality! I bought 2 tablecloths that were so beautiful- I can't wait until my next dinner party to show them off! Customer service was amazing. I bought these slippers for myself after I inadvertently lost one of my old slippers. I can definitely tell a difference in the quality of the Turkish cotton. They are super comfy wash well don't make your feet sweat and fit well. One request is that Parachute makes an open toe version for summertime.

I like the Brushed Cotton sheets better than the Percale ones. They are softer. I also appreciate that Parachute sheets fit my bed comfortably. I don't have to fight to get the fitted sheet on the mattress which I hope means they will last longer. I was hoping that they would not wrinkle as much as the Percale. Unfortunately they do. I wash and dry them as advised separately but they do not look as smooth as sateen sheets.

My husband and I have never agreed on the weight of our many duvets and comforters to the point where he has to use an extra weighted blanket. This comforter answers that issue. We are also both hot sleepers and it provides such a comfortable weight yet also feels cooling. Reminds me of a very expensive hotel comforter that you can sink into and sleep for hours.

I was very happy with the quality of the item but found it frustrating that it was difficult to reach a customer service representative when I had questions about sizing. I eventually did reach someone via chat but felt like it took a lot longer to get my question answered.

The cut of these pajamas are great and the pockets are a plus! they run a little big but stick to your usual size for an oversized fit and compare what the models are wearing. I’m sad to see these not be in their forever line. I would love to see a cotton version of this that’s opaque. Would make a great gift. Thinking about getting a third set!!!

After ordering and returning a couple of terrycloth robes that were scratchy and thin I decided spending the money on this one was worth a shot. I’m so glad I did! It’s plush and soft and thick and is even softer after just one washing. I don’t know what kind of lifestyle the people who say it’s scratchy are leading but apparently a much more luxurious one than mine. If you fly coach I think you’ll be extremely happy with your purchase.
