After having gone through 2 mattresses that were supposed to be on the softer side I took a chance on another mattress that was better but not great. My bed frame has slats not a box spring which might also be making mattress firmer than it should be. I was tossing and turning all night waking up with numbness in my arms and a sore neck. My back was also painful. I looked at other reviews about this wonderful feather mattress and how it worked so well for other people experiencing similar issues. I took a chance and bought it - so glad I did!! It made my mattress so much better - it really is like sleeping on a cloud! I still have support where I need it but it’s so much more comfortable. My regular Queen fitted sheets still fit and I couldn’t be happier with purchasing this topper.

Last year I bought percale sheets for my guest room. And linen for the master. After sleeping for a few weeks in the guest room -as I was having the master bath remodeled- I fell in love with the percale!! They get better with west also !!! I am a percale believer!!!

I was in need of new pillows and I didn’t realize the challenge of finding the right pair. First I tried a memory foam pillow. The support was firm but it quickly became too hot. Next I tried a company that promoted a firm down pillow. It ended up being softer and having less volume than my previous pillows. I finally decided to try Parachute. I am happy! It works well for side sleeping (I have broad shoulders) but I can also sleep well on my back.

This is by far the best bathrobe I've tried. Very soft weighted and well-stitched. The robe is warm but doesn't make you sweat like many polyester robes would. Additionally because of the cotton material moisture is naturally absorbed off of your body as well.

I’ve always liked pumice stones for my at-home tub-pedicures. I purchased this to replace a boring dark brown stone that I had. I appreciate that this one has a clean look and matches my bathroom better. Thank you Parachute for another great product. I love your store!

This is very soft and cozy. I took advice from others who posted and ordered a medium vs my usual small. Washed as directed and didn't notice any shrinkage. I would say this is a medium weight. Perfect year around unless you live in the desert like me. I need a light weight one for summer.

These are my favorite towels ever so please don't stop making them. They're a loose lofty waffle weave -- light and airy high-end spa quality. I can dry myself quickly and the towels dry quickly for a second use. If you're looking for a thick heavy towel this isn't it.

Love how this pillow topper gives our bed that hotel comfort feel. My only downside is that it has nothing to hold it to the mattress so the topper constantly moves a round and I have to pull up my sheets to readjust every morning. It’s a bit of a hassle. This could definitely be improved and make it worth the cost.

I am so very glad I got one of these while they were still available. The fabric definitely feels like a light percale even though it’s described differently. The moss green watercolor print is really pretty and makes for a serene bedroom setting. I just wish there were still options for decorative pillows in Moss as well it’s lovely!

I recently purchased the Parachute Vintage Linen Bed Cover in Sienna and was impressed with the quality. The warm Sienna color was perfect. However I was disappointed to find that the bed cover didn't drape to the ground as I had hoped. While it did cover my mattress I found that an additional bed skirt was necessary. Although this was a drawback it was the only issue I had with the product. Despite this I would still highly recommend the Vintage Linen Bed Cover for anyone looking for a high-quality and stylish addition to their bedding. The attention to detail and quality from Parachute is evident and it's a great product overall.

I was on a quest for absorbent and fast drying towels and tried several top brands which I returned. I bought Parachute Waffle and Classic Turkish Cotton and was very impressed with the quality . They are fast drying and absorbent as advertised. Thank you. My search has ended.

I am thrilled about my new set of sheets they are so comfortable! However I was very disappointed to notice a small burn looking mark on my fitted sheet when I was putting it on my bed. Was hoping for perfection when spending this amount of money but hoping they will hold up regardless.

This is the most AMAZING topper I've ever had the pleasure of owning!! I was looking for a product to keep me cool on my foam mattress and this is a winner! While I do get hot from time to time I think it's more so because I have a lot of blankets and pillows that I sleep with and both my dog and cat sleep in bed with me and produce heat. I had a friend sleep over and she said it was like sleeping on a posh hotel bed that probably costs thousands of dollars!!!

We have had our topper for 5 months. It has definitely upgraded our memory foam mattress. Every week before changing our sheets we rotate the topper and shake it around to fluff it back up. I would definitely recommend doing that weekly to keep your topper like new.

I have been looking for my perfect robe for over a year now. After being let down several times I came across the Cloud Cotton Robe. It is so soft warm without making you too hot and a great length. My only complaint is that the arms are a bit long. I was able to roll the sleeves for a better fit. Would definitely purchase again.

I was trying the various Turkish towels and they were all quite lovely but was thin and not as absorbent as we hoped as a bath towel. This Parachutes one side looped side was what I was looking for. Had a nice big size was absorbent and dried fairly quickly in our humid climate.

I came across this website while looking for nice towels. Got lucky they were on sale so it was quite a steal. It has just the right amount of softness (for me) while still drying well. My only issue is that even on the delicate cycle and tumble drying really low following all instructions the threads pull too easily. So not sure they'll last too long but we'll see.

We purchase the marble colored Cloud Cotton Quilt in King size. The sizing is generous and it looks and feels wonderful. The piping around the edge is a nice addition to the overall look. It is our 3 season quilt here in SC. The packaging and delivery time was excellent. The only thing I wish the company added was a bag to store our quilt inside during the summer months. My husband and I are so happy we bought these sheets! We’ve never had linen sheets before but were drawn to the cooling aspect as we live in Austin TX. They seem much better at regulating our body temp compared to cotton sheets and always manage to feel cozy. Linen is not as silky smooth as cotton sheets and has a little texture to it but is by no means rough. They feel amazingly luxurious and I’m never going back to cotton! Also the customer service from Parachute is top notch and they resolved a small issue for us immediately with no hassle. Very pleased overall.

The clay color is everything! They are so soft and gorgeous. I did have an issue with my fitted sheet getting thin and tearing. However I can’t rave about their customer service enough. I explained my issue got an immediate response and a new fitted sheet sent out all in the same day! With that said really pay attention to the care of your linen. It matters!
