I asked for one thing and one thing only for my birthday: this robe. When it arrived I washed and dried it only to be shocked that there were some torn seams and loose threads despite following care instructions. I immediately reached out via the live chat and was instantly taken care of by Luis P who was empathetic informative and kind. They gave me some additional tips for long-term care (use VERY mild detergent even my clean detergent may have been too powerful) and offered to replace my robe! For the robe itself I would recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. While I did experience some shrinking Luis said that once dried the fibers should relax and stretch back out. The robe is the perfect material if you live somewhere that experiences all four seasons as it is warming without being too warm. The clay color is BEAUTIFUL!Overall a 5-star experience with Parachute for the customer service despite the fluke and I will be purchasing from them again.
We bought this quilt to replace my comforter since my boyfriend got hot under this. I can't say that this keeps him cool but this is a great option for me to stay warm and cozy (I love having some weight from my blanket) and him not to be super hot. I will say this quilt is quite scratchy. I use a top sheet and wouldn't recommend anyone try to sleep under this by itself. I really thought it would be softer since I had a linen duvet cover before that was super soft and cozy but unfortunately this linen quilt cover is not soft. It's not a deal breaker but I don't know if I would repurchase it.
I’ve had trouble finding comfy pants that look good outside of my house. The pandemic experience made me insist on comfort not just at home. These have held up well. Tumble dry low for ten minutes and hang to dry. Please keep offering these fabulous pants.
I had a waffle knit robe from Parachute for 3 years and liked it but was often annoyed by the long sleeves and the fact they wouldn’t stay rolled up. Additionally the robe wore through in the pockets and in front of the thighs to the point where it was unwearable. I got a cloud cotton robe and love the fit of this one better. The sleeves aren’t quite as full and it makes it easier to roll them up out of the way when washing hands/face etc. I like the feel of the cloud cotton and hope it lasts as long as the other robe did.
My husband and I are both very happy with our purchase. I finally found a mattress that feels like my spine is in correct alignment instead of my hips being lower than my shoulders (like with our previous SAATVA mattress). My 47 year old hip and neck are feeling much better with the new mattress. I am a side and stomach sleeper.
Pro: I love the percale it’s so soft and really improved my hot sleeping by wicking away moisture. Con: the duvet is wayyyy too big! We got an oversized extra fluffy comforter and there is still a ton of extra fabric at the top like a sad top sheet. I have to readjust it daily.
I was skeptical about these wool dryer balls doing anything. I dont use dryer sheets but I will sometimes use fabric softener in the washing machine. What I found is the wool balls shorten the drying process a bit especially when drying a large item like a comforter. They also soften and allow for less wrinkling.
I have a very expensive 850 fill power firm down pillow that sometimes flattens out overnight causing me to wake up with neck pain. I was using a thin feather pillow underneath but sometimes that pillow would shift or get bunched up and not provide support. I was leery ordering this pillow as it is duck not goose and is a lower fill power. I am glad I did though as so far it has been extremely soft and supportive and I haven't woken up with it bottomed out. it feels almost as luxurious as the pillow that cost over twice as much and is extremely comfortable. I haven't noticed much heat retention either. I am exclusively a side sleeper have a firm latex mattress with a thick very soft solid and latex noodle topper which results in less of a need for a really high loft. Your mileage may vary as pillows are individual and depend on your mattress firmness and style but I would definitely give this a try if you are looking for a down pillow that doesn't go flat.
I was super hesitant to buy this quilt even though I've heard it's amazing. I upgraded my bed so I didn't have anything that fit and I finally bit the bullet and bought this quilt. Holy shit this is amazing! It's perfectly heavy (we use it on top of our comforter in the winter) but also light??? It's super soft and it gets a standing ovation from myself my partner and our 3 pets! Also if you think about it it's less than a dollar a day for a year! Worth!
I was looking for a lightweight quilt for my bed. Didn't want anything heavy as I have a duvet with down insert and this was exactly what I was looking for. It is the perfect weight not light or heavy. Parachute is the only company that makes quilts and coverlets that fully cover deep mattresses on the sides and end. I did look at many others and none were even close in size quantity color options or just niceness. I went to the Seattle store to get a hands on feel for all the available quilt blanket and coverlet options and chose this. The store experience was amazing as I was able to recline on the beds and try each one. I am beyond happy with this purchase. I also have Parachute linen sheets shams pillowcases & a duvet cover. Also brushed cotton pillowcases. I cannot recommend these items and this company any more highly!! I've never had a reason to return anything however there is a 60 day return policy. If you don't like it you return it. Full refund. No questions asked.
I finally ditched my plastic shower liner for this Parachute fabric liner and I’m never going back! Water does not leak through the fabric and it’s a nice long length so water doesn’t drip out of the bottom. It hangs much better than my plastic liner did and I love that it can be washed.
I purchased a pair hoping these were going to be a good fit. Upon arrival of the package I promptly purchased the same color in another size and another color in the same size. These are outrageously comfortable have deep pockets and a great fit.My only complaint is that the sizing isn’t very consistent. Now that I have three pairs I can really tell the difference. I have one large that is such a different size that I have checked the tag a few times to be sure they weren’t medium like the other pair that fits nearly the same (but little shorter).Frankly they’re so great I hardly care.
The toddler sun cover (and pillow & moon cover) are gorgoeous in design material quality! They are a holiday gift for my grandson who will be 2 years in February. I'm excited to gift them he is sung to each night as the sun slowly sinks and the moon as lowly rises and he so enjoys the 'relax' time after waking l believe he will enjoy the richness and snuggle in!
Alright alright. The product is expensive BUT worth every penny! And their retail experience is Apple-level. Pop in to a store when you can and a fantastic gift for the that special someone. :+1: Personally I want all of it. I’ll do my best there.
I really like the clover color but I wish it came in percale. I also wish it came in side open for the pillowcases. I'm not a fan of the back open pillowcases. VERY pretty color though. 7 stars for this color if it were to come in percale and with the option of side-open pillowcases.
4.5 stars. I'm taking off 0.5 stars because as beautiful as this clover color is I'm a percale gal and it's frustrating that this amazing color is available in brushed cotton and not percale. That said the brushed cotton is very nice and the color is gorgeous. PLEASE consider making clover colored percale.
This tub mat is perfect. It's kind of spongy so feels wonderful on your feet and it dries out quickly. Love that you had the matching tub mat. It seems like a lot of companies don't make them so I was happy to be able to get the tub mat to match the towels which I also love.
These towels are great! I did a lot of research and am happy with my choice. I can't think of anything which would make them better. They are thick and luxurious but not too thick they dry our bodies well and dry our fairly quickly and they don't drop lint everywhere like others we've had. AND they are gorgeous to look at. I bought the Mineral color which I was hoping would go in our master bath looking for a seafoam type color but they were too light almost I would call a Dove Grey color but they worked perfectly in our other bathroom with an odd blue color on the walls and light grey tile. I wouldn't have thought of that but they're gorgeous in there. Wish you had more colors to choose from. Highly recommend these towels!
We recently purchased a more firm mattress for support and I couldn’t get used to it. It was was just to firm so I looked for a solution to create a happy medium. I did a lot of research and ultimately chose parachute because of the goose down ratio. Very happy with my choice and am definitely getting better sleep. Be sure to fluff every now and then.
If I can spare one piece of wisdom in my life that would be never cheap out on towels! I've tried going the cheaper route (DON'T DO IT!) and even though the ones here on Parachute do empty your wallet a bit more they are totally worth it. I love the design of these and how they are light but still absorbent and they dry fast! Best of all they last and DO NOT pill which is huge issue with cheaper towels. Will always be getting mine from here.
