Comfortable works great. Temperature works well although on warmer days might be a tad warm although that is more due to my down comforter. Might consider a hidden zipper at the opening rather than so many buttons for ease of use but this is fairly minor

The percale fitted sheet is great for our mail-order Leesa mattress. It doesn't heat up and still feels soft. The only issue is the material is kind of transparent so you can see any patterns on the mattress through the sheet.
