I purchased the wrong size for my daughter and received the most outstanding customer service (and an exchanged robe within a few days). The quickness of the response was amazing but even more so taking into account it was a holiday weekend. Oh - and the robe is really gorgeous. Beautiful color. Soft. I’m just very impressed with the overall Parachute experience. I’m going to buy myself a robe and also check out other items. Thanks!

I have been so happy with side sleeper pillow that I bought a replacement so when it’s needed I have it. Great support plus comfort. I’m a fan. And the customer service is outstanding. There was a shipping problem and Parachute resolved it quickly and perfectly. Hard to find such responsive customer service these days so it was a pleasure dealing with Isabelle from Parachute.

we like the sheets they do have the crisp sound like a hotel. Though we've stayed in our share of hotels I would not say this is softer than the sheets at Hyatt Regency hotels. It's soft but has a coarseness too. We will kept the sheets the second wash seems softer than the first.

My skin has never felt better especially during the winter. I normally have super dry skin on my back but since getting this robe I don't have those issues anymore. The only downside was the hook holder came off the other Saturday Jan 1st 2022 looks like a clean break. Would be 5 stars if not for that little hiccup

We are now sleeping on percale sheets that are a replacement for the originally purchased linen sheets. Parachute was very helpful by crediting us for the linen purchase which we used for the percale. We loved the feel and softness of the linen but after 11 months of dealing with lint all over the bedroom from the sheets (which were washed and dried exactly as specified on the tags) and several customer service discussions about this issue we went to the percale. We appreciate Parachute's standing behind their product but are still disappointed about the linen because that is what we really wanted. Would recommend Parachute but sadly not their linen sheet sets.

This is my second full set of parachute linen sheets my first I just ordered whites this time I ordered the green duvet with bone pillowcases fitted sheets. They are so soft and the earthy tones keeps me and my husband so snug and cozy all night. It’s a dream to slip into these sheets at night we long for it everyday! If you are looking to buy these but not convinced - this is your sign to get them! And no this is not a paid comment just a very happy returning customer!

Put on these beautiful sheets with a subtle pattern. Crisp cool yet not rough very smooth. I'm sure that with washing they will get softer and softer.. Also I've put extra layers of foam on my mattress and it's very deep but these sheets fit perfectly .

I’m obsessed with these robes! I bought one for myself….then I bought four as a housewarming gift to my parents when they purchased a beach house…..then I bought one for every member of my family for Xmas! They are so luxurious and I love that they come in different sizes. It’s one of those things that you don’t think you need but once you have it you can’t go without it.

I was hesitant about getting this quilt because I've never bought from Parachute and it was more than what I wanted to spend. I finally bought it with the Black Friday promotion and I'm so glad I got it. It's so soft and plush like others reviewed.Highly recommend.

My wife and I went back and forth trying to decide- looking at dupes and deciding if it was worth the price. Well yes. It is. It’s amazing. Light but also very warm- like as warm as our down duvet which is very surprising. We were between the quilt and the duvet cover and went with the quilt because we can use it as a blanket or bed covering - just more functional. So yes. Buy it. Your wallet won’t be happy at first but in a week or 2 you won’t even remember you will just be swimming in soft quilty goodness.

There’s a reason they call it the CLOUD quilt. I can cuddle in this blanket all night without ever getting hot. Mind you I live in LA and it keeps me the perfect temperature whether it’s hot or cold in the house. It’s so soft and snuggly. I really can’t get enough of this! And everyone that has come to sleepover fall in love with it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic towels. You can see and feel the difference when compared with ordinary bath towels from a department store. I purchased the Classic Turkish Cotton Supreme towel bundle in Mineral color and a White Bath Sheet. I could not be happier and will purchase more in the future. Well worth the money

Ah finally found a lovely blush color bathrobe that had more than adequate material to wrap about me after my shower. I purchased a much larger size for fear of shrinkage. Well I didn't need that much larger size after all because I didn't notice any shrinkage after washing and drying in the body or length. The material is very soft and quite cozy and feels wonderful to wrap around me after my shower. I do wish it was a bit shorter though. I'm 5'4 and weight about 135lbs. and the length would be better for we shorter ladies if they offered a petite length like 45-47. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this robe. I purchased a cotton waffle robe from Parachute too and it is a great robe as well. It's perfect when the temperature is warmer and is made beautifully too. Great job Parachute!

I bought the pillow for myself and after a few nights using it and loving it I very graciously offered to let my partner try it during a nap. It’s been many moons since that trial nap and I still haven’t gotten it back - so I think it technically gets 5 stars - though now I either have to steal it back or purchase another one if I want to use and enjoy it myself!

Wear it in wear it out it's a great set and so classy looking and feeling. The color is so rich fit is great. Pants are higher waisted and top is a bit shorter but worn together it's perfect. I've been wearing the tip with comfy jeans and slippers and wish I'd gotten 3 sets to rotate! I just love lovelove it!!!

Was concerned these would be scratchy as some linen is but they were so much softer after just one wash. I also appreciate that they’re not ice cold in the winter time. My pillows feel much more luxurious to sleep on. They can wrinkle a bit if left in the dryer but can be ironed if you prefer a more crisp look.

Pros: These sheets are large. I haven't had a sheet set where the bottom sheet fits all the way around and the tucked part covers all sides of the bed. The bottom sheet is actually a little too large but the elastic around the entire sheet helps to keep it tighter. The flat sheet is also large and covers the side edges of the mattress. There is plenty of length to tuck in at the end of the bed. The sheets are soft and seem a little thin to me. (But I previously had 1000 count sheets which I have since found out that the threading makes them feel so thick and scratchy.) I purchased the clay color. It is just as it appears in the picture. The sheets seem soft after the first wash. I have not slept in them yet to say how they feel and how they are once you sleep in them.Con: The only con is that they are very wrinkly. I washed them and put them on the bed immediately out of the dryer. They came out looking pretty wrinkled. When you tighten them over the bed the wrinkles don't look as bad but the ends that hang loosely over the sides look wrinkled. This is the only con I see.

I'd been putting off new pillows because I like down and they're so expensive. Finally a sore neck in the morning and constantly waking up to fluff my pillow prevailed. My old pillow collapsed from just the weight of my arm let alone my head. It had lost all loft and was flat in the a.m.(pic 1). Very different from the new one (pic 2) that barely shows a dent from my arm. You'll be amazed at how a comfortable supportive pillow matters to a good nights sleep. I know I was.

This topper excedes expectations. I researched and compared many down alternative toppers over and over and finally chose the Parachute brand. I couldn't be more pleased. Best sleep that I can remember. I even go to bed early more than usual just to relax and sink in to cloudy comfort.

I love the look and feel of this robe. It runs a touch small so if you're in doubt of your size go with the larger one. I feel the quality is a bit lacking for the high price tag which is why I'm giving this four stars. The stitching is a little wobbly/crooked/wavy and the edges could be a little cleaner so there's not so much fringe on the ends. I might stitch over all of the edges to clean them up more which isn't something I should have to do for a $90 robe. But cozy yes indeed.
